The hotel was beside the subway station and very convenient. They also provide free water in the room. Highly recommended. Special mention to the front desk receptionist Wan Jing and Bian Yu for their wonderful service.

We stayed at Fontoo Wangfujing hotel for 5 nights. You can have free use of laundry which is a good point. For those who are looking for a bidet, unfortunately the toilet is not equipped with the bidet. Overall one of the best hotel experiences thanks to the amazing receptionist- Zhiwen who went above and beyond to assist us.

Great hotel in the heart of Beijing. Beautiful design, very nice lobby, clean rooms, and good service. The reception staff were especially helpful and friendly. Only 5 minutes from Wangfujing Street with shopping malls nearby. Comfortable bed and good toiletries. The only downside is the long wait for the elevators. Overall, an excellent hotel for the price — highly recommend.

We are absolutely happy with this hotel. Clean and quiet, not far from the shopping center. Very friendly and helpful staff. They do not speak English but it's very easy and clear with the Translator App. Ms.Bianyu from the reception was amazing from the beginning till the end of our stay. Thanks a lot to the team))

入住北京枫渡酒店，酒店的地理位置真的特别好，出行就是地铁口。酒店的工作人员万宝和角贝服务也非常的贴心周到。他们总是面带笑容出门总是询问是否需要带矿泉水。他们的服务真的很贴心也很暖心。酒店还配备了健身房和洗衣房，对于旅游客人特别的友好，不用洗手洗衣物。

选址太赞，王府井核心位置，出门即是地铁，公共交通四通八达。周边餐饮商超齐全，夜里闲逛也热闹，房间安静不吵，性价比很高，来北京住这里很省心，服务员李贝和万宝也很好
